The fee structure for these events is:

     Board Briefing - (2 hours, up to 20 participants)                           $25,000 and up

     Leadership Forum - (4 hours, up to 100 participants)                    $50,000 and up

     Scenario Exercise - (5-6 hours, up to 150 participants,

     Includes pre-event briefing paper and follow-up report)                $100,000 and up

     Supplementary briefing paper or report                                        $15,000 each

Fees are paid 50 percent upon booking (this is a non-refundable fee to hold the date) and the remainder is due one week prior to the event.  All travel expenses to and from the event and hotel and related expenses are also the responsibility of the client.
