Internships

C-Level Solutions – an international marketing and communications organization based in Washington that specializes in creating live interactive events and media for top-tier audiences – is seeking a volunteer Program and Events Intern for the winter semester. The Program and Events Intern will take initiative in the planning process for upcoming programs on a wide range of issues. Duties will include, but are not limited to: building and maintaining client relationships; working closely with vendors and suppliers; promotion and marketing; event coordination and logistics; on-site support at client programs; database development; and general administrative tasks.  The ideal candidate must be organized and detail-oriented, have excellent written and verbal communications skills, demonstrate initiative and problem solving skills, have computer proficiency in Word and Excel; and have an enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Events coordination or meeting planning experience is a plus.

Our Parent Company, The Rothkopf Group - which provides consulting services and information products for clients worldwide - is seeking a volunteer intern for the winter semester. The internship is suitable for mature candidates experienced in high-quality research who can also provide administrative support as needed.  Duties will include, but are not limited to: research, information gathering and organization; drafting, editing and preparing informational materials; building and maintaining client relationships; on-site support at client programs; and general administrative tasks.  The ideal candidate must be organized and detail-oriented; have excellent written and verbal communications skills; demonstrate initiative and problem solving skills; have computer proficiency in Word and Excel; and have an enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.  Background in International Studies a plus.
